What to include in your inquiry
A concise overview gives us enough context to understand the assignment, identify any early production considerations, and respond with useful next steps. You do not need a finished creative brief. Start with what you know, and we can work through the remaining details together.
- Goals: Tell us what the content should communicate or support. This might include introducing a product, documenting a process, building anticipation, or showing the people and work behind your brand.
- Formats: Note the deliverables you have in mind, such as vertical Stories, short video clips, still photos, behind-the-scenes coverage, or a coordinated mix of assets.
- Timeline: Include your preferred shoot date, launch date, review window, and any firm publishing deadlines. If timing is flexible, an estimated month or date range is helpful.
- Budget range: Sharing a working range helps us recommend an appropriate scope, production setup, and quantity of finished content without overbuilding the project.
- Locations: Let us know where filming or photography may take place, whether access is confirmed, and if the project involves multiple spaces or travel.
